About Ursula Hegge
Ursula Hegge is a singer-songwriter from Toronto who has been writing songs for almost 15 years. With a larger-than-life voice and honest and insightful storytelling, her music connects across generations and spans across genres: from jazz-inspired scatting solos to moody piano ballads, and from energetic pop tunes to pensive folk songs. Hegge performs her original music regularly in the Toronto music scene – with keys, acoustic guitar, alto saxophone, and of course vocals – and she hopes to one day make someone cry with one of her songs (“but in a good way!”). Music, for her, is a way to connect with others over the feelings we all share, and to make sense of the world she loves to sing about.
